Back in 2020, Yash Raj Films was all set for a huge series of films that would mark the 50th anniversary of the giant production company. But the pandemic destroyed the world and many projects stopped. Now, with 2022 in almost all swings and theaters back on track, YRF has announced 5 major projects to kick off the Silver Jubilee celebrations. The five projects – Shamshera, Prithviraj, Pathaan, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, and Tiger 3 – have the titles Ranbir Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh and Salman Khan, respectively. The following is a summary of all release dates announced by YRF to date.

JAYESHBHAI JORDAAR
Ranveer Singh brings to life a quirky character Jayeshbhai Jordaar produced by Maneesh Sharma. He is a big screen entertainer who will present a new brand of hero and heroism that is rare in Indian cinema through the protagonist Jayeshbhai. The long-awaited film will be released on May 13, 2022. Directed by Divyang Thakkar, the film marks the Bollywood debut Artzun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey.

PRITHVIRAJ
Starring Akshay Kumar Prithviraj has been delayed and the release date for the same was announced earlier this week. It hits theaters on June 3, 2022. The film marks the Bollywood debut of former Miss World Manushi Chhillar. Also starring Sonu Sood and Sanjay Dutt in key roles.

Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham Παθαάν has definitely become the most anticipated movie that arrived at the box office after the pandemic! The YRF has revealed the release date of this high-octane spy thriller, directed by Siddharth Anand, on January 25, 2023 (Republic Day weekend).

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are set to return to theaters as Tiger and Zoya in the upcoming Maneesh Sharma direction. Tiger 3. The third installment, led by Maneesh Sharma, is larger and is expected to be large-scale. The actors are ready to take the big screen with their film Eid 2023.
