Marvels Merch Reveals First Look at New Costumes

Not too much is known The Marvelsits upcoming sequel Captain Marvel. However, a new batch of promo art gives fans their first look at some of the costumes the three lead superheroes will be wearing.

While Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel costume has been seen in one Ms. Marvel The scene after the concerts and the outfit of Iman Vellani Ms. Marvel appeared throughout its run on Disney+, it was unknown what Teyonah Parris’ Monica Rambeau would wear in the film.

The first look at her costume comes courtesy of new merchandise for the film, which shows all three superheroes posing in their new costumes on a pillow. You can check out the new look at Parris’ suit below:

As fans can see, Parris’ Monica Rambeau will be donning a costume for the first time that closely resembles her comic book character’s look. Her costume has a black and white design, with a logo similar to that of Captain Marvel placed right in the center of it. After gaining superpowers within WandaVisionnot much has been said or seen about Rambeau’s character, so it will be interesting to see how she fits into the upcoming film.

The Marvels will see the return of Oscar winner Brie Larson as she reprises her role as Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, last seen by fans in Ms. Marvelpost-credits scene. Together with Larson next he is WandaVision starring Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau and Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel, which had its own Disney+ series earlier this year.

The sequel is directed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman), from a screenplay by Megan McDonnell. Additional cast also includes English actress Zawe Ashton (Velvet Buzzsaw) as the sequel’s antagonist and popular South Korean actress Park Seo-joon in an undisclosed role.

Captain Marvel debuted in 2019, where it grossed over $1.1 billion worldwide, making it the fifth highest-grossing film of that year. Also starring Samuel L. Jackson and Ben Mendelsohn, both of whom are set to star in their own Disney+ series Secret Invasion.

The Marvels will hit theaters on July 28, 2023, as part of Phase Four of the MCU.
