Thanksgiving is upon us, which means the holiday season is in full swing Scream Movies Twitter account celebrates “Friendskilling” instead, and they do so by posting a video showing a series of posters featuring characters from the new Scream movie that will reach the cinemas January 14, 2022. You can see these character posters in the following Twitter integration:

I believe the list of cast members receiving posters is as follows: Neve Campbell, Melissa Barrera, Courteney Cox, Jenna Ortega, David Arquette, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Dylan Minnete, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison and Sonia Ammar. In this case, a confirmed cast member left out is Kyle Gallner.

Although the new movie just has a title Scream, is a sequel to the previous four films, with Campbell, Cox and Arquette reprinting the roles of regular franchises Sidney Prescott, Gale Weathers and Dewey Riley and Shelton. Scream 4 character Judy Hicks.

New Scream comes to us from Ready or not (Look at it HERE) directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. The screenplay was written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. Vanderbilt also produced the film for Project X Entertainment, along with Paul Neinstein and William Sherak. Chad Villella, Gary Barber, Peter Oillataguerre, Ron Lynch, Cathy Konrad and Marianne Maddalena are executive producers along with the original Scream author Kevin Williamson.

The film has the following synopsis:

Twenty-five years after a series of brutal murders that rocked the quiet city of Woodsboro, a young killer wears the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the city’s deadly past.
