New TV shows and movies added

Amazon Prime Video's new TV and movie releases for January 15-21, 2024 include the latest installment in the Fast & Furious action franchise, Fast X, and the rom-com The Other Zoey, starring Josephine Langford from the After film series.

From January 16, viewers can watch Fast X, which is the latest installment of the Fast & Furious franchise. This sequel sees Dominic Torretto and his crew face off against a new enemy, the sadistic Dante Reyes, who is the son of Fast Five antagonist Hernan Reyes. Dante now wants revenge on Dom and his team for his father's death and enacts a plan to take them all down. The ensemble cast includes Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang, Nathalie Emmanuel, Jason Statham and John Cena. They are joined by franchise newcomers Jason Momoa, Brie Larson and Alan Ritchson.

Then on January 19, viewers can see The Other Zoey. This romantic comedy stars Josephine Langford as Zoey Miller, a computer student who doesn't believe in the traditional concept of romantic love until she has a life-changing experience involving her school's football star who loses his memory and believes that Miller is his girlfriend as she shares her first name with another Zoey, who is actually his girlfriend. Other cast members include Drew Starkey, Archie Renaux, Andie MacDowell, Patrick Fabian and Heather Graham.

Other releases during this week include Burn After Reading, Dance Life, Hazbin Hotel, LOL: Last One Laughing Ireland and Zorro.
