India is currently going Naatu Naatu! As SS Rajamouli’s first Oscar-winning Indian feature film RRR wrote history. The film’s soundtrack, ‘Naatu Naatu’ by MM Keeravani, won the Best Original Song Award at the 95th Academy Awards, held in Los Angeles, California. During the 95th Academy Awards, the hit song won Best Original Song, beating out superstars like Lady Gaga and Rihanna. Audiences around the world have been enthralled by its thrilling rhythm and movement. The fabulous champagne carpet Oscars are back in full force! The biggest fashion stars paraded the champagne carpet, making it a stylish festival. However, after hearing RRRThe heartwarming Naatu Naatu received the award for original song, our hearts and ears filled with pride. When making their choice, the jurors no doubt danced to the music as well. The red carpet entrances of song and film stars Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, they were not only cool but also fashionable. The stylish fashion statements of Ram Charan and Jr. NTR will go down in fashion history, despite the couple bringing their A-game to the global arena when it comes to style.
To support their film RRR, whose song Naatu Naatu was nominated for Best Original Song at the Academy Awards, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR presented there. Ram Charan graced the Oscars red carpet in a black three-piece sherwani with wife-to-be Upasana Kamineni, Jr. NTR opted for a look adorned with a tiger motif (Tiger is India’s national animal). As a nod to his origins, NTR incorporated a bit of India into his look.
Ram Charan donned a bandhgala jacket, asymmetric kurta and straight trousers in a three-piece velvet suit. The kurta features a draped silhouette and asymmetric hem, contrasted with the jacket’s bandhgala neck, padded shoulders, full length sleeves, gold tone button front closure, attractive pin and precise fit. He completed his look with a fancy watch, black shoes and matching straight trousers. The actor added the finishing touches by shaving off his beard and combing his hair into a sleek back. In contrast, his wife looked gorgeous in an off-white silk saree with embroidered borders, which complemented her. Completed with bold neckline, bracelets, earrings, short hairstyle, bejeweled bag and stunning makeup.
Jr. NTR, who represented India, wore a sophisticated black jacquard outfit specially created for him by Gaurav Gupta. All inclusive bandhgala kurta with gold embellished tiger design on one shoulder, angrakha style neckline, full length sleeves, padded shoulders and front slit. His ensemble for the Oscars red carpets included matching pants, a scruffy beard, pointy shoes and a pulled-back hairstyle.
