Among the many Christmas movies released by Netflix this year, the latest movie to hit the streaming platform is the romcom “Single All the Way”.
The film is being added to other Netflix Christmas productions this year, including “Father Christmas is Back” (starring Elizabeth Hurley, Nathalie Cox, John Cleese and Kelsey Grammer) and “A Castle for Christmas” (Brooke Shields, Cary Elwes).
Netflix describes the “Single All the Way” plot (SATW) as “Peter asks his best friend to pose as a friend on a Christmas house visit, but the plan – and their feelings – change when the his family plays a proxy “.

The film is released on the streaming platform today (December 2).
Directed by Michael Mayer (27 Dresses, The Seagull), the release of the film has seen many fans looking to learn more about the cast.
Michael Urie
Known to many as the trendy Mark St. James in Emmy-winning comedy-drama Ugly Betty, Michael Urie takes on the lead role of Peter in “Single All The Way”. He also starred as Steve in The Decoy Bride and has directed films such as “He’s Way More Famous Than You” and “The Hyperglot”.
Philemon Chambers
Playing Peter’s best friend (and possibly in love) Nick, Philemon Chambers has previously played Marcus in the short film “Of Hearts and Castles”.
Kathy Najimy
A big name in the world of cinema, Kathy Najimy plays Peter’s mother, Carole, on SATW. Fans will get to know her from previous places in movies like Mary Patrick in Sister Act and Sister Act 2. She also has roles in Rat Race and the original Disney Hocus Pocus.
Luke MacFarlane
Luke MacFarlane plays James (Peter’s blind date) on SATW. He is no stranger to appearing in Christmas movies, having starred in “Christmas Country” (2015), “The Mistletoe Promise” (2016) and “Karen Kingsbury’s Maggie’s Christmas Miracle” (2017) as well as other roles in “Person of Interest “Killjoys” and “Brothers & Sisters”.
Jennifer Coolidge
A veteran character and protagonist of many comedies, Jennifer plays Aunt Sandy in a role that is not very different from other roles she has played in the past. Her previous roles include that of Stifler’s mom in “American Pie”, Fiona in “A Cinderella Story” and Amber Cole in “A Mighty Wind”.
Barry Bostwick
Barry Bostwick has had some major roles in the past, including in films such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Spy Hard, FDR: American Badass! and Megaforce. In “Single All The Way”, he plays Harold.
Jennifer Robertson
Canadian actress Jennifer Robertson appears as Lisa on SATW, but her previous titles include the hit TV series “Schitt’s Creek” as well as movies such as “Twitches” and “Sassy Pants”.
Madison Bridges
Playing Daniella in the latest Netflix Christmas movie, she is no stranger to festive movies, as she appears as Jo in “Love You Like Christmas”. He has also appeared in “Murdoch Mysteries”, “Flatliners” and “Numbers”.
Alexandra Beaton
