The creator of Fullmetal Alchemist is bruising new art before the next film in the series

His last chapter Fullmetal Alchemist’s The live action trilogy is set to be released later this month Fullmetal Alchemist: The Final Transmutation, which will translate the latest chapters of the anime franchise created by Hiromu Arakawa. While the mangaka responsible for creating the Elric Brothers and their world of alchemy may not be currently working on new stories in their universe, that does not stop them from creating new art to celebrate the live adaptation they tried to capture. the sense of the original series that made Edward and Alphonse Elric become well-known names.

The first film in the series was released in 2017, so fans were particularly surprised when it was not just announced that the live action Fullmetal alchemist The film will receive one sequel but two, with the two films coming out this year in 2022. Although there is no news on whether the anime series will return, it is clear that there are still many fans of the Elric brothers who are dying for new content. With the third live-action movie completing the story of Elrics, it will be interesting to see if we see other adaptations coming in the future for this favorite anime franchise.

At the moment, no release date has been revealed for the two Fullmetal alchemist movie sequels outside of Japan, but with the original reaching west thanks to Netflix, we would not be surprised to see these two movies one day hit North America.
