PK has proven to be one of the most brilliant films in the history of Indian Cinema. The film stars Aamir Khan in the eponymous role with Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani in pivotal roles. While the final scene also had a special cameo of actor Ranbir Kapoor.

A few years ago, the director of the film Rajkumar Hirani got into an exclusive conversation Bollywood Hungama and talked about how he changed the ending of the movie with Ranbir’s cameo.

There is no thought of doing a sequel to the movie. We filmed the scene just a month before the release of the film. We shot this scene in November. After the editing of the film, we saw her and in this PK she leaves and Anushka sits in the bookstore and reads about him. After that, we had a scene with Anushka and Sushant at the end where Sushant thanked PK and they both dance with PK signing thinking she can watch him from somewhere. After so many tests, we felt that the movie is very good, but the ending is not so good, it will not make people come back from theaters happy. So, we added the last scene, so that people leave the theaters with a happy place “, said Rajkumar Hirani.
