One Piece Film: Red made its debut in some new new promo art as it prepares for release in Japan later this year! Eiichiro Oda’s One piece had a pretty big year last year with the manga exceeding 1000 episodes and the anime release surpassing 1000 episodes. This new milestone came with the announcement that 2022 will be an equally important year, as well as with the next feature film to be released in cinemas in Japan later this summer. With the release of One Piece Film: Red approaching, fans have taken a look at how this new film combines.
One Piece Film: Red is scheduled to be released later this August in Japan and as the new year begins looking at what to expect from the new film, the latest issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has taken a fresh look at Straw Hats remakes for the new film. This new art, which has been released in the past by the film in the past, gives fans a much closer and more detailed look at what Luffy and others will be wearing for the events of this upcoming film. It was directed by Code Geass franchise director Goro Taniguchi and written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, and with the creator of the original series, Eiichiro Oda, is the producer, One Piece Film: Red It is scheduled to be released in Japan on August 6, but an international release date has not yet been officially set as of this writing. Speaking when he entered the new film, screenwriter Tsutomu Kuroiwa had the following to say about Oda’s involvement in the new film, “As long as the script is good, it will definitely be interesting!”, Kuroiwa began. “As a result, when [series creator Eiichiro Oda] read the final product, he said, “The script is wonderful! “I think I was able to fulfill my role.”
Continuing further, Kuroiwa stated: “For two years, I had discussions with [Eiichiro Oda] and [Director Goro Taniguchi], and the process of slowly approaching the goal, the days seemed like a dream come true, as if we were truly on a ship on an adventure. This is a story created by the collective efforts of many people. It will be a wonderful film that will surely touch the hearts of many people. Please wait! ”
