Next December, 13 years later Avatar broke a worldwide ticket record, James Cameron’s popular science fiction franchise will finally return to the big screen. Avatar 2 Producer Jon Landau spoke recently Total Film Magazine as part of the 2022 preview issue of the release and opened up the story of the long-awaited sequel. Avatar 2 starts more than a decade after the original film, staying true to the time it has spent in real life. Sam Worthington’s Sully and Zoe Saldana’s Neytiri have become parents and are raising their own family. Their lives are turned upside down when the RDA mining company returns to Pandora and forces them to flee.
