Actors Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush are currently promoting their upcoming film Atrangi Re. In a video shared on social media, a photographer is seen asking Dhanush to say something to the “south”.
In a video posted on Instagram, a paparazzi is heard asking Dhanush, “Sir kuch South mein boliye na? (Sir, say something in the South) “. Confused Dhanush replies “Haan?” Suddenly another paparazzi shouts “Tamil mein, Tamil mein (In Tamil)” Dhanush then says “Vanakkam (Hello)” with folded arms. Sara Ali Khan bursts out laughing during the exchange.
Many people reacted to the video in the comments section and criticized the photographer for asking Dhanush to “say something to the south” instead of being specific. One person commented on the video, “Bhaiyya south mein 4 languages hoti hain. Telugu, Canada, Tamil and Malayalam. Το Koi Abhi North Indian se ‘north’ bolne ko bolega toh woh Hindi bolega ya Marathi ya Gujarati ya Punjabi ya Himachali; “South India’s brother speaks 4 languages Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam.
Another wrote, “South mein boliye? Εμ? Aap North mein Bolte ho kya bhaiyya; (Say something to the south? Brother, are you talking to the north?) “Mocking the incident, another wrote:” What is the south left boliye abhi Mumbai se South mein jaye bolne ke liye? from Mumbai to South India just to talk); “Paps must have the basic knowledge of how to speak.”
