Brahmastra: Part One-Shiva starring Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor has managed to do very well at the box office, overcoming all the negatives and challenges that have come its way. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood HungamaAlia talked about how important it was for her that the film works at the box office as people were going to see her and Ranbir together for the first time on screen.

“Well, I think the film was much bigger than Ranbir and I,” Alia said, and Ayan added, “Still of course, it’s nice when you have your first film together as [couple]While the film is likely to see further growth in the collections, the film’s chartbuster song “Cesareans” it also made a lot of noise when its official audio teaser was released by the team.
“Of course. But I kind of felt it when “Cesareans” dropped and people went crazy for it,” said Alia. “Ayan and I also discussed it, I said ‘Wow, it’s so special that Ranbir and I have this blockbuster song. It’s not a big song, it’s a blockbuster song. And we feel so grateful for Pritam Da and Ayan and the fact that this actually happened for us.”
He continued, “And of course, Ranbir has been working in films much longer than me and has had some similar, excellent songs, especially with Ayan and Pritam da. But this was my first collaboration with all three. And the music is, somehow, standing the test of time after all. So yeah, it was exciting. but we got that taste of love Caesarea.“
In the meantime, Brahmastra, written by Hussain Dalal and Ayan Mukerji, also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in pivotal roles and saw Shah Rukh Khan, Nagarjuna and Dimple Kapadia in cameo roles. The action-adventure fantasy film made its theatrical release on September 9 this year exclusively in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
