Popular Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa is all set to enter the world of acting and debut in veteran actor Anupam Kher’s 532nd film.
Anupam took to Instagram, where he shared a picture of himself along with Guru Randhawa. Their backs are to the camera as the two appear to be reading the film’s script. The veteran star even belted out the ‘High Rated Gabru’ singer’s track by playing background.
Anupam Kher captioned, “Reading my 532nd script and its 1st! Even if he is already a superstar. Ladies and gentlemen! Introducing @gururandhawa – the actor! Give him your love and blessings! Jai Mata Di!'”
Sharing the same picture, Guru Randhawa wrote, “Couldn’t have asked for a better launch. He reads my 1st script and it’s his 532nd.”
“I’m a newcomer and #KherSaab is a legend (Kher hates being called that). You people have been very generous and kind to me as a singer. Now I need your love and blessings in my new journey as an ACTOR. I promise to work very hard! I couldn’t have asked for a better launch. Rab Rakha!’ added Guru Randhawa.
