It was announced last month that Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar star Badhaai Do will be released in theaters on the weekend of the Republic. The creators announced today that the release of the film was postponed by a week, thus preventing a clash at the box office with the protagonist John Abraham Attack. The film, directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni, will be released in cinemas on February 4, 2022.
The film is a sequel to the National Award-winning film, Badhaai Ho starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sanya Malhotra in the lead role. In addition to Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, the family entertainer can also be proud of an ensemble cast with experienced actors such as Seema Pahwa, Sheeba Chadha, Lovleen Mishra, Nitish Pandey, Shashi Bhushan, among others, who present central roles that promote narrative.
The release date of Badhaai Do has been moved to February 4, 2022, due to a change in release schedules.
