WandaVision is connected to Dr. Strange;

While 2021 was a successful year for Marvel, one of their most successful productions was their first major television series, WandaVision, starring Olsen alongside Paul Bettany as Vision and Kathryn Hahn as Agnes.

Prior to the series’ release, Olsen sat down with Good Morning America to explain how she would drive directly to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

“We can never talk much about Marvel, but I think WandaVision is a natural evolution of what is happening in Doctor Strange 2,” Olsen told the media.

“I think so [Marvel boss] “Kevin Feige does a really amazing job combining the TV format with the movies, so we can tell more interesting stories as we go.”

Entertainment Weekly had previously reported on the connection during a visit to the WandaVision set, writing: “Ideally, Marvel hopes that WandaVision will be just the pilot episode of a long-running TV dynasty; a connection to films of the past and the future.

“WandaVision,” notes Feige, will direct the 2022 Doctor Strange film directly to the Multiverse of Madness, with Olsen’s witch playing a key role alongside Benedict Cumberbatch wizard.

“With release dates shuffling pandemic, Marvel is also making sure that the new program does not spoil the rest of the story.”

The Marvel Movie Universe is known for producing movies and their shows in relation to a timeline that begins with the successful 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger, starring Chris Evans.
