Writer-director Joachim Trier’s romantic comedy hit theaters last February and has been certified fresh with a 95% rating at Rotten tomatoes.
In the thriller of Zac Efron Gold, Efron plays a man named Virgil and Anthony Hayes (who also wrote and directed the film) plays Keith, two men who find a huge nugget of gold in the desert. While Keith leaves to find someone to help them dig for gold, Virgil stays behind to watch the prize. When Keith does not return, Virgil realizes that he has to take care of the data and the passers-by whom he does not trust, while at the same time trying to get this gold. In the truest sense, Virgil will become rich or die trying.
